Clayton helped to organise and presented at the SOUL Record launch conference in February 2006 as well as doing presentations at various dissemination events across the Eastern Region.
Recent input was added to two other research projects; Investigating the use of the SOUL Record within the East Mentoring Forum and the Evaluation of Victim Supports Vulnerable and Intimidated Outreach Service.
Clayton is also involved with the development and maintenance of the SOUL Record website which can be found at www.theresearchcentre.co.uk/soul.

Clayton Anderson graduated from City College Norwich in 2005, gaining a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Systems. Clayton has been Researcher on the SOUL Project since May 2005. Working alongside Dr Lee Marsden before Jenny McKibben and Dr Harriet Foster, he has had a unique overview of many aspects of the project.
Before working at The Research Centre, City College Norwich, Clayton worked in the voluntary sector for Norfolk Education Industry & Commerce Group (NEICG). The aim of the NEICG is to promote business awareness and education for students in Schools and Colleges across Norfolk by running a selection of activities which are designed to encourage the children in time management, effective communication, team working, skills identification and use, marketing, organisation, competition, meeting deadlines and involvement. Clayton also developed NEICG’s website (www.neicg.freeserve.co.uk).
- Interests and activities
Clayton is now the key trainer and researcher on the SOUL Project and conducts training workshops for both users and trainers, and presentations on the SOUL Record for various groups and funders across the country.
