Independent evaluation of the Raising Aspirations Co-ordination project which aimed to develop a norfolk wide strategic approach to raising aspirations in learning. The project suceeded in achieving its objectives. Recommendations include producing and implementing a new project plan, refocussing the role of the co-ordinator, review and update the Raising Aspirations annually, externalising the information and knowledge gathered, production of compact marketing material and the embedding of data collection processes to enable the co-ordinators role and the project to be fully measured over the next year and beyond.
