This document sets out the programme of events for the first collaborative AoC/HEFCE conference held 25-26 May in 2006.  The conference which had a particular focus on the needs of employers offered delegates an opportunity to feed into HEFCE's draft policy on HE in FE colleges.  A number of conference presentation documents and speeches are available at:  www.hefce.ac.uk/news/events/2006/heinfec/
