In the recent White Paper ‘Higher Education: Students at the Heart of the System’ we set out our plans for reform of the regulatory system for Higher Education in England. We said that we would consult on the more technical aspects of these proposals with a view to informing a future Higher Education Bill, where legislative change is required.
