This is an interim report on the progress of the QUINORA project, whose aim is to develop an international quality assurance programme for training measures in vocational careers guidance. This report describes the progress made with Working Package (WP) 2, the second of eight WPs, which is the current stage of the QUINORA project. The aim of WP2 is the development of e-learning materials to allow QUINORA stakeholders to implement identified standards. This report summarises a ‘Theory Content’ report (Steiner and Weber, 2006) which was produced by the Austrian partner to explain the seven different domains which constitute WP2. The ‘Theory Content’ report was based on discussions from the first QUINORA project meeting held in Vienna, 22-24 September, 2005.
